Texas Caviar

1 Can Black Eyed Peas - Drained

1 Can Shoe peg or White Corn – Drained

2 Roma Tomatoes – Chopped

2 Avocados - Chopped

2/3 Cup Cilantro – Chopped

2/3 Cup – Green Onion – Chopped

1 Clove Garlic - Chopped

2 Tbs. Olive Oil

2 Tbs. Hot Sauce

2 Tbs. Red Wine Vinegar

½ Tsp. Black Pepper

Serve with Tortilla Chips
