Pumpkin Sheet Cake

Cake:
16 oz pumpkin
2 C. sugar
1 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Combine first 3 ingredients, add eggs. Combine dry ingredients in seperate bowl, add to pumpkin mixture.

Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees fro 25 minutes.

Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese
5 Tbsp butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 C. powdered sugar
3-4 tsp milk

Using a fine cheese grater, grate a symphony candy bar over top of cake.
